Embracing the essence of Key West living, this unique outdoor resort is located along a seven-acre saltwater lake, surrounded by state parks and mangroves.
Over the past few years, Ten Over Media has played a pivotal role in the rebranding journey of global outdoor hospitality leader Sun Outdoors. We have joined hands in shaping their new portfolio of resorts, including Sun Outdoors Chincoteague Bay and Sun Outdoors Islamorada.
Now, our focus turns to Sun Outdoors Sugarloaf Key - a unique destination in the Florida Keys. Centered around close-to-nature experiences and fostering a vibrant community, this captivating haven brings out the brighter side of every guest.
Throughout the property’s municipality approval and construction phase, Ten Over Media's artistic directors, designers, and filmmakers worked closely alongside their brand guide and construction documents to create a one-of-a-king pre-opening marketing film using the lighthearted and carefree emotions of Key West. The resulting content represents one of our most experiential films to date, capturing the true spirit of Sun Outdoors Sugarloaf Key with an array of branded activities and seamless real-life integration.
The main film introduces the resort, its amenities and its branded activities.
To kickstart the process of bringing their property to life, the resort’s developer provided construction documents, branding and expectations on activities as well as the target audience. With this vital information in hand, our filmmakers delivered a first draft within weeks of signing the contract. And in just three short months from the inception of the initial idea, the content was brought to life, ready to captivate and inspire.
