Located on the bay, the resort’s unbeatable views were a great opportunity to include real-life integration.

 

Sun Outdoors Chincoteague Bay is a relaxing retreat located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Virginia that is the perfect backdrop for discerning early birds seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation experience. Ten Over Media was selected to produce marketing films, images, and social media content for the pre-opening campaign of Sun Outdoors Chincoteague Bay.


Our team of CGI artists brought the resort to life using 3D modeling, and referencing construction documents to recreate the resort in digital form. The resulting content was enhanced by integrating the 3D model with actual location footage captured by drones, creating a seamless and realistic portrayal of the property.

This main film introduces the resort and its lifestyle.

 

In the pre-production process, we drew upon our extensive library of music to find the perfect fit for the brand guide of the resort.

To create the authentic, vibrant, and intimate experience that will be offered by the resort, our team created a sound environment by which guests could immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the resort. We selected a soundtrack that would convey a warm, positive, and carefree atmosphere, incorporating cheerful and fun tracks with electric guitars or vocals.

 

The main film is then cut into a shorter clip, curated for social media usage.

 

Advanced CGI combined with industry-leading storytelling from our team of filmmakers resulted in highly effective marketing content for Sun Outdoors Chincoteague Bay. Ten Over Media’s engaging content brought the resort to life on screen, engaged viewers promoting this relaxing retreat and helping it connect to a wide audience of discerning travelers.
