Certified B Corporation
Through our effort of building sustainability into every area of the business, Ten Over became in 2017 the third Certified B Corporation in California and only the seventh design firm in the world to go through the certification process.
We joined a community of over 3,500 certified companies from 74 countries and 150 industries.
B Corporations are for-profit companies certified every two years to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
We work actively to use business “as a force for good", and answer to our mission: leave the world better than we found it.

Because we want to take a closer look at the sustainability of both our practices and footprint, we are part of the California Green Business Network to create a vibrant green economy while conserving resources and making our communities healthier. We are also San Luis Obispo’s first business to be certified.
We have periodic office-wide sustainability awareness events such as plastic-free week challenge, bike to work month, and many more.

The program currently exists in 30 cities and municipalities throughout the state and Ten Over was one of the first Californian businesses that program director, Cory Jones, called upon on the heels of our B Corp Certification in 2017.
