To use your time with efficiency, we are providing a simple yet complete list of what our team needs to ensure the high level of care that will make your property come to life.
To Build a Quote
1. DRAWINGS
FROM: ARCHITECT, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, CIVIL ENGINEER
Most current building and site 3D Model. All models shall be coordinated with the latest drawing set and converted to SketchUp 2018 format or earlier.
Most current building plans (floor plans, sections, elevations, details), site plan showing site layout and topography, and landscape plan showing plant & tree types with location. All drawings must be provided in PDF format.
2. DETAILS & PRECEDENTS
FROM: PROJECT MANAGER
Project address, coordinates and general project info including property outline and scope of work to be advertised.
Clear summary of building spaces site spaces, and their functions.
3. VISION & BRAND
FROM: MARKETING TEAM, PROJECT MANAGER
Any marketing material related to the project including brand development guide, visual systems & identity, and any other relevant materials.
Project brand story & narrative.
To Get Your Project Started
1. DRAWINGS
FROM: ARCHITECT, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, CIVIL ENGINEER
Most current building and site 3D Model. All models shall be coordinated with the latest drawing set and converted to SketchUp 2018 format or earlier.
Complete and most current building plans, reflected ceiling plans, sections, elevations, window and door schedule.
Complete and most current FF&E package.
Complete and most current site plan and details including topography, landscape planting plan including plant and tree types. The landscape representation accuracy is based on Ten Over Studio’s available library. The site plan must show all building & material locations, as well as specifications and locations of outdoor furniture and equipment.
ALL DRAWINGS ABOVE MUST BE PROVIDED IN PDF AND AUTOCAD FORMATS.
2. DETAILS & PRECEDENTS
FROM: ARCHITECT, PROJECT MANAGER
Project address, coordinates and general project info.
Precedent images of materials, distinct building details, landscape design and site materials, outdoor furniture style and location, and any special objects.
Precedent images of building environment and atmosphere.
Clear summary of building spaces, site spaces, and their functions.
3. VISION & BRAND
FROM: MARKETING TEAM, PROJECT MANAGER
Target market research; who is your audience?
Any marketing material related to the project including brand development guide, visual systems & identity, and any other relevant materials.
Project name and logomark files.
Project brand story & narrative. What makes the project unique? This helps us tell the right story within the renderings and videos.
Short narrative on how you see your project in 10 years.
