Our Story

Ten Over Media was created in 2018 with the vision of creating a seamless, branded and engaging pre-opening journey for properties. Since then, we've redefined the guest and buyer digital experience before opening, through tailored creative solutions for marketing & sales professionals.

Our founders, French twins Rémi and Mathieu Anfosso, grew up in a lovely Bed & Breakfast on the French Riviera hosting guests from all over the world. Now based in Paris and California, the twins brought together their successful backgrounds in television and architecture to found Ten Over Media.

  • Barely anything. Our mission is to deliver you outstanding content when you have nothing to show. Ten Over Media has successfully initiated projects with just a simple conversation as the starting point. We provide comprehensive guidance on the possibilities at every stage of your project.

    If available, our team leverages the brand guidelines created for your property, the target audience profiles you've researched, the property's design drawings, and a single point of contact.

  • Expect magic. We have a unique ability to transform piles of dirt, mere construction plans and branding decks into captivating, branded visual experiences. You can rely on us for honest and clear expectations, availability, on-time delivery, and a friendly, understanding team that fosters long-lasting relationships.

  • Tailored pricing. Costs may differ from one property to another, but some general guidelines can be followed. Each property and campaign incurs a fixed cost to establish a foundational framework for our work, essentially creating the canvas for asset creation and filming. Additional costs then fluctuate based on factors like the required video runtime, the quantity of assets to be created, and the distribution range for these assets.

    Your project manager will also collaborate with you to identify potential cost-saving measures, if necessary. The total amount is then divided into a payment plan that we will discuss with you, following reception of a retainer.

  • Audiences are different in every market – all deserving their stories to be told. Our team has produced work in the Hospitality, Real Estate, Travel, Tourism, Commercial, Athletic, Education and Religious markets.

  • While the content we offer takes a little more production time than a regular on-location shoot, we do accommodate rush projects and tight timelines, on a case-by-case basis. Please note that rush service requests are always subject to rush fees.
