GETTING YOUR live action PROJECT STARTED


1. ASSETS REQUIREMENT

  • Type of assets needed (promotional film, social media clips, TV spots, online ads, etc.)

  • Length of deliverable for each type of asset (30sec clips, 2min video, etc.)

  • Assets diffusion platforms (TV, internet, social media, etc.)

  • Delivery timeline.

  • Assets usage length (rights to perpetuity, 10 years, 1 year, etc.)

  • Storytelling expectations (Do you require characters? Do you have a story in mind?)

2. PROJECT DETAILS

  • Project address, coordinates and general project info.

  • Clear summary of interior and site spaces functions.

  • Definition of locations needed to be represented in the assets.

3. GOALS, VISION AND BRAND

  • Target market research; who is your audience?

  • Any marketing material related to the project (brand development guide, visual systems & identity, etc.)

  • Project name and logomark files.

  • Project brand story & narrative. This helps us tell the right story within the renderings and videos. What makes the project unique?

  • Short narrative on how you see your project in 10 years.
